Welcome to the website of the Aquatic Voyagers Scuba Club of New York!  A.V.S.C. was established in 1992 as a charter club of the National Association Of Black Scuba Divers (NABS), a union of dive clubs located in major cities throughout the country. Membership is open to all regardless of race, sex, or national origin. We are actively involved in all matters concerning recreational diving and the aquatic environment. We promote safety, diver training, and youth development. You too can be part of this history making organization.
